More Than A Colour

We need a new way forward in the conversation about race, diversity and inclusion. Race should not be a political football. We cannot be sidetracked into polarised debate. Yet we urgently need to address the racial disparities and injustices around us. #MoreThanAColour training will increase cultural competency and promote a welcoming and supportive culture of effective collaboration.

#MoreThanAColour training will lift the conversation out of the culture war, stick to the data and work on practical solutions that lead to greater racial equity and justice.
